In one of the most highly anticipated IPOs in the tech sector, Tesla aims to raise about $226 million to begin production of its Model S electric sedan.
New details from an amended IPO registration show that Tesla’s recently announced partnership with Toyota isn’t based on a written agreement.
The California plant, where Tesla and Toyota will jointly build electric vehicles, will also manufacture “multiple variations” of the Model S electric sedan.
