A GIANT wind turbine testing plant is coming to the North East,
creating 300 jobs. The facility, which will be the world’s largest, will be built in Blyth,
Northumberland. It will be based at the New and Renewable Energy Centre (Narec) and used to
try out the motors used in offshore turbines
